Welcome to MinaLabs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Profile information: Any additional details you choose to add to your profile.
  • User-generated content: Data, assets, events, notes, and other content you create within the app.
  • Communications: Messages you send us via email or in-app support.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
  • Usage data: App features used, session duration, crash reports, and performance data.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, and pages or features viewed.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • Financial or payment card information (handled by Apple App Store / RevenueCat).
  • Precise real-time location data.
  • Contacts, photos, or media unless explicitly granted permission and required for app functionality.
  • Biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our Services.
  • Personalize your experience within the app.
  • Send you notifications you have opted into (e.g., reminders).
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests.
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve our Services.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
  • Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). We use reputable third-party cloud providers (e.g., Supabase, AWS) that comply with international data protection standards.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party companies that help us operate our Services. These providers only have access to data necessary to perform their functions and are bound by confidentiality agreements:

  • Supabase – Database and authentication hosting.
  • RevenueCat – Subscription and in-app purchase management.
  • Sentry / Crashlytics – Crash reporting and error monitoring.
  • Apple – App Store services, push notifications (APNs).

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MinaLabs, our users, or the public.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data we hold.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it. 9. International Data Transfers

MinaLabs is based in Vietnam. If you are located outside of Vietnam, your information may be transferred to and processed in Vietnam or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

Our apps may send you push notifications for reminders or updates. You can opt out at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → [App Name]).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, by sending you an email or in-app notification. Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
